My goal is to create results that feel effortless, natural, and uniquely yours while providing an experience where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. As your personal Hair, Beauty & Image Concierge, I take a thoughtful approach to every reservation, offering expert guidance that extends beyond the salon chair to help you feel confident in your overall look. My private salon suite is designed to provide a calm, elevated environment where you can relax while receiving the time and attention you deserve. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨Reservation Policy✨ Your reservation is intentionally curated just for you. To maintain the elevated experience each guest receives, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation within 48 hours of booking. The confirmation link will expire after this time, & any unconfirmed reservation will be automatically released. Your reservation is considered secured once your deposit has been received. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, you may do so using the link in your confirmation message. Deposits may be transferred one time to a new reservation. If the rescheduled reservation is missed or changed again, a new deposit will be required. Cancellations or missed reservations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit. ⸻ A Note of Care Thank you for your patience & understanding.
